Episode 538 – Sandy Weston
[00:00:09] Welcome to Screw the Commute. The entrepreneurial podcast dedicated to getting you out of the car and into the money, with your host, lifelong entrepreneur and multimillionaire, Tom Antion.
[00:00:24] Hey everybody, it's Tom here with episode five hundred and thirty eight of Screw the Commute podcast, I'm here with Sandy Joy Weston. I should ask her if she goes with the joy part because she is a joyful person. I can tell just by the first time I talked to her and she's been dancing since she was four years old and a good day for dancing with me as if I don't hurt anybody. She's been dancing her way right into entrepreneurship. Must be those five angels that are looking out for her. But she's one of those few lifetime entrepreneurs that we just love on this show, and she's going to give us a lot of info about fitness and mental health and not going crazy with the kids at home while you're trying to do your work and all this good stuff. So we'll bring her on in a minute. Now, if you're really serious about audio books, you've got to listen to episode five. Thirty five, five, thirty six and five thirty seven. I'm right in the middle of my first submission to Audible out of all the books I have, so this one is a lot of little details to it. So five thirty five is about audio books. Five thirty six. I gave you the first practice session, which was my introduction, my Chapter one and Chapter two from my book Online Joint Venturing How to be in front of a million warm prospects in the next 90 days.
[00:01:43] That was 536 and then 537 was my update on after editing all this stuff to the precise standards and all the stuff and and practice sessions and what you need to do and all that stuff. [00:03:18] All right, before we bring Sandy on, I want to tell you briefly about our program to help persons with disabilities get scholarships. We've got to go fund me account going, and we've got three people going through the program. And if you're ever feeling down on yourself, two of these people are blind going through an internet marketing school. All right. So they're very inspirational people and we're going to do is get them hired or in their own business so they don't have to kill themselves to go to a place to study and they can legitimately get hired. So check that out at IMTCVA.org/disabilities.
[00:04:00] All right, let's get to the main event. We got Sandy Weston here. She's a keynote speaker and international podcaster, a three time published author and entrepreneur. Her whole life, she's owned and operated health and wellness companies for over 30 years. Early in her career, she became the first female trainer for the Philadelphia Flyers and spent many years as a media personality and as Philadelphia NBC 10's fitness expert. She created the nationally recognized Philly Street Line Dance to help combat this Phillies fattest city label. Sandy, are you ready to screw? The commute?
[00:04:47] Always good. You're fit enough to do it. How are you doing? Are you in Philadelphia now?
[00:04:55] I'm actually in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Ok, near Villanova.
[00:04:59] Ok, yeah. I played a major college football. We played Temple, so that was and then I. Went up there, we had National Speakers Association meetings up there and in Philly, you're dodging bullets. That's all we hear about on the news is is you getting shot at? You got to be fit to be it live in Philly, don't you?
[00:05:21] You know, it sounds bad, but I mean, the sound of an AK is as opposed to a like a just as plain old nine millimeter.
[00:05:32] I'll tell you what. So where I live in the suburbs, it's like happy town. But my son went to temple on the weekends. He's a senior in high school, but he took portfolio and I was like, Oh my god, why did it have to be a Tyler? And the guy would take me down these roads and I would be like, Oh, mother of God and roll up the windows to my dog to get hang his head out. It was scary. But hey, it's good. It's all good.
[00:05:59] Good. Good, good. So tell everybody about SJW productions. What are you doing nowadays?
[00:06:05] Well, you know how you have to recreate yourself. Did you ever hear that recreate? I have. Well, as an entrepreneur, I've recreated myself a bunch of times and because of the gods being with me and two thousand nineteen, I sold my health clubs. How about that? Wow. Not knowing anything
[00:06:24] As far as those people are like, I mean, man timing wasn't great for us.
[00:06:29] I mean, seriously, I sold and it was devastating at the time because that's all I knew going in to these health clubs, my people still teaching classes, but my side gig, I always was presenting writing books. I was doing podcast 10 years ago. People thought I was like a radio show, you know? So I took SJW productions after a year of finding myself, you know, I went off to travel. What am I doing now? And I created the company where now my main gig is my books and my workshops and my keynotes.
[00:07:07] Well, I'm going to recreate myself to be you so I can be skinny. How about that? Was that? Will that work? But I do have a I do have a point again.
[00:07:15] Yeah, that's boring.
[00:07:17] I do have a point of contention with you. I listen to one of your podcasts with a a lovely lady named Ashley, and she was telling us how to how to lose weight. Yeah, I hate that when somebody has never had an ounce of fat in their whole life, she's a ballerina for no telling, telling my fat butt how to lose weight. I just don't get it.
[00:07:41] No, no, no. But you have a good point. But let me let's backtrack there because she had eating issues for other reasons. I mean, she was the opposite, having a lot of health conditions because she was trying to be the perfect body. A lot of her people are coming in. There are not just trying to lose weight, you know what I mean? They have a lot of other issues going on. So she's trying to have Tom. She wants you to have a healthy relationship with food. Do you have a healthy relationship with food?
[00:08:11] Well, you know, they don't talk to me when I go up to the refrigerator. I mean, actually, subliminally, they call to me, you know, right now, I could blow off this interview and go to refrigerators. I don't know that's healthy or not.
[00:08:24] So either you might be an emotional eater, Tom. We might have to have a session on another time.
[00:08:30] Oh, people have tried to save me so many times. I should have been dead a long time ago. I mean, where I got lucky was my dad gave me really good genes and amen. And and that can be a negative. And a lot of skinny people don't realize this. But when you got good genes, you can, you know, I'm so far over the hill. I can't remember going up the hill, but but I had a physical and the doctor said, you should have been a Clydesdale horse. He said, I got people half of your age falling apart and I'm not on any kinds of pills. Nothing. All the numbers are in check other than he did say, you're kind of a fat. But but but.
[00:09:16] Did he really say that?
[00:09:17] Well, it's around with everybody, so they feel comfortable, and he actually didn't say, but
[00:09:22] He said something else. Yeah, so well. I have a different philosophy. Tom So most people think, OK, I eat only these foods. I don't drink baloney. I love food, I celebrate food, and I don't have the same view about weight because
[00:09:38] You celebrate everything. I heard you talking about this.
[00:09:40] I do. But listen, like we celebrated that guy I told you that died before we started.
[00:09:46] I did. I was. I was sending him to his next life and telling him to choose one he enjoyed. Maybe a dog, I don't know. But listen, if we just think about it, if you're not unless you're really, really obese. All right. Weight is just a piece of it. It's your attitude, your life. Do you enjoy what you do, which it sounds like you do? Do you laugh? Do you have friends? People get caught up, I don't even follow any of that stuff, any of it, baloney. So there you go. Well, here's the thing
[00:10:13] You seem like such a sweet lady. So how could you have a positive bitchy lady podcast that Spotify won't even say that word they made? You say positive power?
[00:10:26] Ok, because it's the opposite. I'm so glad you brought that up because it's not about that. You have to be a bitch to be an entrepreneur and get stuff done that you can be powerful. I'm going to get a little bit gooey here and come. Your power comes from coming from straight from your heart and love, and that it's baloney that you have to be a bitch and backstabbing to get ahead in life. And everyone told me that my whole life, and I never did it that way, played straight game. I'm not saying people didn't screw me over now and then, but I got far in life by following my heart.
[00:11:01] Well, the thing is, though, Sandy is your friend. You know, a good friend will, will, won't stab you in the back. They'll just stab you in the chest.
[00:11:11] Oh, so that's true. That did happen.
[00:11:15] Yes, I was going to celebrate that for you. You even celebrate Groundhog Day, I heard.
[00:11:22] I do want. Listen, my piece. My people do call me Sandy. Some people call me sandy joy. But I like Sandy. I think the middle name I have, it did serve me well because I feel like I'm not always joyful. So that's bull. I have to regenerate a lot at any given moment as my family. I could go off the deep. But I come back sooner. It's all about getting there sooner. That's what I'm about. And that's the same thing with being an entrepreneur. We were talking about that. Why was I able to, you know, fall down, get up, fall down, get up? Because I just knew how to reset and re shift quicker. And I never looked at myself as feeling I was like, Hey, that didn't work out right then.
[00:12:03] Well, how did you get this attitude? Because I've heard you talk about, let's say, humble beginnings with some stressful times with your mother. Yeah. So how did you come out of that with that? You know, beginning.
[00:12:18] You know, Tom, by the way, I never even talked about my background until two years ago. I everyone just assumed I came from wealthy Pippy Skippy family and I was like, OK, I'm just going to go with it because I wasn't strong enough to talk about it. But now I am. And the truth is, at the time, I don't really know, I always thought I was the luckiest human in the world because here I am growing up in the projects and my mom spending 80 percent of her time in poor mental institutions. So you know what they were like. And I. Thought I was blessed and they would say to me, you know, your mom has these issues and you know, your dad is not strong enough, I go, Don't worry about me. I got five angels, whether they were there or not. I believed since I was four, I had five angels watching out for me and I was going to do and go places, and I would do something every day that actually it built my livelihood. I had no idea. I'm a simple person. I don't like to overcomplicate things. Ever since I can remember I would move every single day. I would write in a journal. Good and bad. And I would focus on one word. And I would say if I could just see myself without one word, it will get me everywhere I want to go. And I built my career on that.
[00:13:35] And what was it work? Oh, is it different?
[00:13:37] Why don't we change? It would be like, like, let's say I wasn't if you were getting out of bed and you weren't feeling really great, I'm not going to say I'm going to come out with, you know, pure joy. But I would say today one ease and flow peace. What am I going to focus on every single day? I started with one freakin word and I would move. I would dance around, drown out all the screaming and yelling and tell myself if I could just focus in on this word. And then I would visualize where I wanted to go. Wherever it was, I was like, OK, I'm going to get over there, and I would tune out all the people and actually, I'm writing a keynote and my big line that I would say to everybody because I still hear today all the naysayers. With anybody would say to me all the reasons I couldn't achieve this, be happy to be a waitress. Nothing wrong with that. If you get through high school, that'll be great, I'd say. Are you sure? Are you sure? That was my tagline is I don't think that's going to be my life. And I've gone around to so many schools teaching kids that,
[00:14:34] Well, you know, we've done this is the five hundred and thirty eighth episode of this podcast, and you have set a record for using two words that have never been used in this podcast before.
[00:14:49] Pippi, what?
[00:14:49] Pippi and Skippy? I don't know what kind of family that is exactly, but you didn't come from a Pippi Skippy family.
[00:15:00] No, I created one, but I swear to God I had the right family because I think if I came for a really nice family, I would have been your local
[00:15:09] Brother, Skippy. Yeah, yeah. So so how can we help our our entrepreneurs use these kind of techniques? So you like journaling? You like picking a power statement for the day? Is that what you call her?
[00:15:23] Yeah, I'll tell you. I want to tell all my entrepreneurs out there. They're over complicating things. They are setting too many goals, the same thing with the body. So people that failed. I'm going to do this from sleeping on the couch all day. I'm going to move seven days a week. You're not. It's going to happen for three weeks. I'll get your money. You'll quit. It's the same thing when you set goals as an entrepreneur, I I take baby steps like you can look a year or two or three years out where you want to go and really see yourself there, which I do. I see myself on big stages doing my keynotes, but then you've got to come back in and say OK for the next 30 days. What am I willing to do to get there and just put down one word of the feeling of how you want to feel if you were already there? So I say, OK, if you think you had this much money, you had this lifestyle, you had this business, you would feel powerful, joyful, you know, free. So put down the word freedom. That's what you're looking for. Ok, so every day, for example, my two words right now are pure joy and freedom. So every time I look at what I want to achieve and what I'm going after, what deal comes my way, I say, is it going to bring me freedom and pure joy? And then if it is, I start going after it and then I break it down into all. For me, it's all about how I'm going to feel like, So what's my power statement? I can accomplish anything. Things always work today is things always work out for me, and I just hone in on that and I do things that only take me a minute to three minutes a day. That's what I do.
[00:17:02] I get three minutes a day. Change your life.
[00:17:05] Well, not like it's a start, you know what I mean? It's not like I'm not trying to sell people like all you need is one three, but I'm telling you Tom. If you took the next 30 days or anyone, and before the feet hit the floor before they hit the floor, you decided, how do you want to show the world right? I always say life doesn't happen to me. I frickin happen to life. Life doesn't happen to you. You happen to life. So all the people that I've studied and I've studied so many and that's what my journals are about that I feel are happy doesn't matter what kind of entrepreneur they are, but they really, really love where they are. They start their morning getting themselves into that mindset. Some take five minutes, some take two hours, some bake cookies, some play jazz music, some workout. It's always different. So you've got to get in that headset and then attack the day. So for me, before people say I don't have time and say, you don't have not time to do this, so before you even get out of bed, what do you want to embody? Maybe it's power. Maybe it's passion. Maybe it's peace. Maybe. And then every time you feel like you're getting off track, remind yourself as this bringing you peace. Is this bringing you joy? It's simple, but it's that powerful.
[00:18:16] Well, I got my next two days locked away from my words. Ok. All right. Pippy first and then the next day is Skippy. So. So hey, a lot of a lot of entrepreneurs are are learning a lot about their kids nowadays because they're trying to work from home and the kids are at home now, which normally wasn't the case because of the pandemic. So what kind of things you have stuff for kids to write?
[00:18:43] I do. Besides my friends locking them in their rooms, which works to, you know, they said, screw the amount of screen time. Well, yeah, well,
[00:18:52] I mean, if they lock them in their rooms, that's like a gift to a kid because they can play video games. They got their iPad, they got their iPhone, they got their X-Box.
[00:19:02] I honestly think it's more important now more than ever that people figure out a way to escape, even if it's just going outside and yelling for an hour. You know what I mean? Going in the car just to get away, you have to find an outlet because you just can't be around that all day. But yeah, I did. My journals were all for teens and adults, but then I was asked by my publisher to create one for kids because they were having a really rough time dealing with anxiety and stress. And it's called recess to reset. And it's a fun journal for kids for eight to 12 year olds. But I'll tell you a secret Tom. I'm using that as my journal now. I love it.
[00:19:40] Well, so that's like a 12 year old, right?
[00:19:42] Yeah, maybe. So let me ask you this Tom, what do you think would be your superpower?
[00:19:47] My superpower? I think, you know, as I heard Ashley the other day, my ballet skills.
[00:19:54] Okay. No, I mean, you could be brave. You could be strong. You persistent.
[00:20:01] There you go. That's my superpower.
[00:20:03] So that's what I'm trying to teach kids that it's not just, okay, you're a great athlete or you're a brainiac. You know, it could be. You're an animal lover. Sounds like you're an animal.
[00:20:11] Oh, totally. Yeah, yeah. Um, and I think the third day there will be I'm going to do a great job at picking up dog poop because we have a big place in the dogs don't seem to don't seem to just go in one place all the time. So hey, what was it like being the first female trainer? Did you get a lot? I mean, that was back before this. You know, a lot of ladies were in the locker room, put it that way.
[00:20:41] Yeah, it was. I was young. I mean, I was in my late twenties and Ed Snider, who's the owner, I love him and Pat Croce. They were he was a client of mine at Snider, and Pat Croce was also one of the owners of the Sixers and a big, big physical therapy guy. He owned many, many clinics, sold them to NovaCare. And he was the trainer at the time for the Philadelphia Flyers, and I trained at Snyder. And you know, it's all about who you know and if they believe you, I'll tell you the one thing I can tell entrepreneurs want to get in the door, be a fitness trainer because you're in somebody's house three days a week. They like you. They're doing anything for you, right? I mean, they know you. But anyhow, they got me in the door and at the time, who was a big name, I got to train Eric Lindros. So it really put me on the map. And honestly, the guys were good to me. It was me and my seven male trainers, so I was in there with all other guys and I'm like a tomboy so I can hang and they would do stuff Tom. They would come up thinking they were going to get me and they would come up nude to work out. And I'd be like, Either you're moving in or I'm moving it, but you're working out. And I would just I wouldn't let them see me sweat. Then I would go off in the corner, go, Oh my god, oh my god, oh my God. And then that would ensue, you know?
[00:22:05] So I kind of think it's a little skeptical that anybody would hire me as a fitness trainer, but it's a good concept.
[00:22:12] But I'm, you know, I'm saying like, I miss those days because you didn't have to figure out, like, there they were. I mean, and you're getting the who's who and they liked you. And so that's how I got in so many doors. And if I was in
[00:22:25] The market for that, I mean, there are people just afraid to bring anybody in their house.
[00:22:29] I actually think, well, I don't know it could be changing right now, but I think people actually feel more comfortable with them in their home than going to a gym. Mm hmm. Yeah. And they might have to make sure they have their shots or, you know, take a home test. But with a mask, I think they're probably doing it more than the gym.
[00:22:49] Wow. All right, so we've got to take a brief sponsor break here when we come back, we want Sandy to tell us about her books and what's a typical day look like for her since she's miss fitness? All right. So folks, I just want to remind you about this program. We have to help persons with disabilities see the digital and internet marketing field is just perfect for people with disabilities. And I've been preaching this for twenty three, twenty four years. But when the pandemic hit, everybody is like, Oh, we can work from home. I didn't know that. That's all I've been doing for forty five years. This is perfect for people with disabilities, and it's I mean, we've been dealt a pretty decent hand. Most of us where if I want to go to seven 11, I'm there and back in 15 minutes where it might take one of these people an hour and a half just to get ready to get in a vehicle, even if they can drive the vehicle to get back and forth. So I thought this is perfect for them. So I started this program. I have three people in it right now. We're going to have five altogether and prove the concept. I'm going to get them either hired in their own business or both.
[00:23:55] And then I took a grant writing course, and I'm going to roll it out big to big corporations and foundations and help loads of people with disabilities. Because their suicide rate is four times the average, their depression rate is four times average. Their unemployment rate is way bigger than the average. So. So that's what I'm doing. I'm really proud to be involved in it, and it's something you could really be in proud of helping out. So check it out at IMTCVA.org/disabilities and go over to the Go Fund Me account. Even if you can't give anything, check out their videos. They're very inspiring. Two of the people are blind and they're making videos, so I don't want to hear it out there when people say, Well, it can't make a video. Yeah, you can. So help us out on that.
[00:24:47] Let's get back to the main event. We got Sandy Weston here and she is just a ball of fire. She celebrates everything. She came from humble beginnings and and made it big. And so. So tell us about your books. I think you got one called Train your head and your body will follow.
[00:25:04] Yeah. Oh, I love them. You know, I'm not a writer, but a lot of my staff kept saying, Sandy, you got to tell your story, you have to do it. And it took me like six years because it's not my forte. No, but I wanted to interview. I think we were talking about a little bit at the beginning. I took about one hundred people and I interviewed them for over a year. The people that I thought exuded pure joy, no matter what they did for a living, and I wanted to know what made them tick. And after a very long time, I saw the common secret sauce and that was they all started their day like that. They were going to happen to life. And whatever it is, they made sure before they sent that email, went into a business meeting, closed the deal. They got in that right headspace and it did matter how much time it took. So then I took another year of meeting with. I called the powers to be the sports psychologist, the positive psychologist, the neuroscientists to come up with a journal that would take a few minutes a day to get help people get in the right mindset like a guidebook, so they didn't have to keep redoing it over and over again. And so that's what this is. It's about taking one to three minutes a day to change your body, but it's your life in a powerful way just to get you started in that right headset. So I made books in, made different journals, and then recently I did a fun one for kids that we talked about recess to reset.
[00:26:37] Now are these physical books or Kindle or both or what?
[00:26:42] These are, yeah, these are physical because you have to use them, you know, and Kindle be kind of hard to really write and journal in it. Mm hmm.
[00:26:49] Yeah. Oh, so the train your head is a journal.
[00:26:52] Well, it's a book at the beginning. So it's there's books and that tells a little stories and all about my mentors and how I got to believe the way I believe. But in the back of your head and body of fall, there's two 30 day journals. And then the other ones, like I have a 30 day reset journal that is just the journal.
[00:27:14] Do you work with people or coach people?
[00:27:17] I do, and it's all online now, but it's OK. It's OK. Yeah, I do coach corporations and individuals I used to go in. Hopefully, I'll be back and soon I'd go into schools and corporations and do a either six week or 12 week plan with them. And most of it was using the journal as a guidebook. But then, depending on their needs, I would map out a plan for them and their staff and to keep them mentally healthy.
[00:27:46] Well, I heard about you that you're not perfect.
[00:27:54] Well, duh,
[00:27:56] Because all this fitness people, you know, they look perfect, but I heard that you went to a party and ate too many,
[00:28:06] Many pizzas. By the way, I'm going to say kudos to you for really listening to a podcast.
[00:28:15] Well, I heard the word pizza. I was right there. I see.
[00:28:19] All right. So I have to change it up a little bit because when I owned the health clubs, I was also teaching really high impact classes. So it was a rude awakening for me that even though I work out now, it's still not the same level as getting. You can imagine Tom getting in front of people and performing.
[00:28:36] You just don't have to imagine. I was, you know, went to a top 20 school football school and I was fourth in the in Pennsylvania and wrestling in the heavyweight division.
[00:28:49] Oh, well, where'd you go?
[00:28:50] I went to West by God Virginia, but I was.
[00:28:54] My God,Virginia. You got to say, my god, when you say, yeah, it's a top 20 school. So from the time I was midget football, which I was one of the people that the weight limit got put in for midget football because these kids were 60 pounds, I was six foot two, two hundred pounds and 12 at 12 years old. Wow. So they put a weight limit boy after I left. But anyway, so I was, you know, a fanatic for 15 years straight, you know, because at the major college level, anybody could kill you. I mean, it was all state high school, but you know, there's that can come and go. But once you hit the college top college level, anybody can kill you. So you know you're two a days and you're working out all summer and everything. So then when that was over, oh man, you know you, you could eat eight thousand calories a day and it wouldn't matter. Yeah, but then you eat 8000 calories and then do nothing. Oh my God. So that was that was a big turning point. But but I was glad to hear that you're not perfect. And yet the idea was, is that you were going to some holiday thing and you didn't need all day for you. And this I was about ready to stab you with a pen. You said you forgot to eat. What do you mean? You forgot to eat? Nobody like me can relate to forgetting to eat. I'm already thinking I'm hungry because I'm talking to you.
[00:30:21] I get excited and then I forget to eat. If I get on a project that's happy, I forget to eat. I never buy stuff used to put drinks like in front of me. Now, wait a minute. Let's let's back up. Tom What's dinner? Time comes? Oh, man, I have a huge meal. I plan it out, I mean, I do eat healthy, but I'm like a seventy five, twenty five percent girl. I think though, now that I'm not doing this much, I'm going to have to go with an I.D. tag because I can't get away with this much. I do, but I'm a big component of like, that's when I like to be relaxed. My day's done. Everything's good. And then I put out my glass of wine, my meal and I love food. Love, love, love, love food. But I also, yeah.
[00:31:05] Well, tell us what a typical day is like for you know what time you get up. Do you do you do your besides the things you just tell told us about?
[00:31:14] So I get up different. Yeah, I get up in the morning. But it's not a long meditation like I get up. I do my little breathing in bed before I get out of bed. I come downstairs, I make the coffee, I go in, I have my journal and my meditation comes through while I'm writing my journal. It doesn't take long and then I start once I'm in the right mindset and sometimes it takes longer than others. When I get into that powerful mindset, then I start doing what I do as far as clients and podcast or writing. Right now, I'm in a course for keynote speaker called Steroid Public Speaking, so I'm in a seven month course to up my game for my keynote speeches, so that's taken up a lot of time.
[00:31:57] What should it come to me? I had you done it in a couple of weeks?
[00:32:01] Oh, I'll tell you what Tom I thought I would breeze through. I'm like banging my head against the wall like because I'm not a detailed person, but I know at the end of the day I'll be better for it. But anyhow, so and then I always make sure I get some kind of workout in, whether it's biking or hiking outside. I I have winter clothes, so I'm a big mountain biker, so I'm hiking and biking. I have been going to the gym, but now I'm not sure about that. But I've wasted all that now. I'm not. This is what I do every day I would blow my brains out. I'm not that way. I mean, I have some stability in the morning, but then I have a lot of time in that I just allow for who. I'll do that. That sounds like fun.
[00:32:44] Yeah, that's me. That's the way I roll through. So, so tell everybody how they get a hold of you.
[00:32:51] Well, you can get a hold of me through. Let me think of the best way they can get a hold of me. I think I should just email me that'll be easier. sweston@sandyjoyweston.com.
[00:33:18] And buy the books on Amazon and get the books on Amazon. And so if you want to give everybody the entrepreneurs and want to be entrepreneurs on here, one tip to tip them off for the new year to get started, what would you do?
[00:33:35] I would tell them to lighten up on themselves and just really embrace everything about their personality and then go forth and conquer. And anybody that tells you, you're too old, there's millions of people doing that. You just say, Are you sure? Are you really sure?
[00:33:55] Beautiful words, except I thought you were supposed to say you're supposed to join Tom's mentor program.
[00:34:00] Oh yeah. And join Tom's mentor program for now, only for the next 30 days.
[00:34:07] Oh Sandy, you're a ball, a ball of fun and a great. You're doing great things in the world and very inspiring overcoming the things you came over from your childhood to be a lifelong entrepreneur or we love you.
[00:34:21] Thank you, thank you for having me on. This was cool beans.
[00:34:23] Yeah. All right, everybody, we will catch you on the next episode. See you later.
