Refund Policy (for Live Events)

100% Refunded IF a refund request made by midnight Eastern 15 DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE SEMINAR FOR WHICH YOU ARE REGISTERED.

50% Refunded IF a refund request made by midnight Eastern 5 DAYS PRIOR
TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE SEMINAR FOR WHICH YOU ARE REGISTERED.

0% Refunded IF a refund request made LESS THAN 5 DAYS PRIOR 
TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE SEMINAR FOR WHICH YOU ARE REGISTERED.
However you may apply the funds toward products in our speaker shop.

Tom will not be held responsible for any travel or lodging fees incurred relating to your cancellations due to serious weather or acts of God. In the rare event Tom must cancel a seminar, the seminar fee will be refunded in full. Tom will not compensate for travel-related expenses (flight, hotel, car rental, etc.) so make sure you get a refundable ticket.

Replay of this live event is non refundable unless the site becomes unusable.
